Your daily 10 minutes are actually a very good start! Not ready to see them as a springboard to more just yet? We’re not going to ask you to start moving more. But we’d like to ask you to give some thought to the following options:
- Variation in types of exercise: with a targeted stretching or strength exercise, you stimulate different muscle groups. This way, you build a balanced body and - nice extra - variation increases motivation, as it makes exercise simply more fun!
- A favorite sport. Which sport would be most appealing for you? Ask your friends or colleagues which sports they practise, and what they enjoy most about them.
- The social aspect: would a long-term effort be more accessible to you when in group or team?
