Lie on your side and put your elbow right under your shoulders for support. Put one foot above the other and press your body up so that your head, neck, shoulders, pelvis, and ankles form a straight line. Use your stomach and side muscles to do this.Then let your pelvis slowly move down without touching the ground and then come back to the position in which you started. Exhale as you bring your pelvis up, inhale as you release.
