- go up and down the stairs a number of times during the day
- check your number of steps, and add a notch
- only 10 minutes of moderately intense exercise 3x a day suffice. Give it a try!
10 minute workout… Now swap to an intensive 10 minute-exercise session: do the squat*
10 minutes of thinking… about your priorities! Make up a list. Which position does exercise hold? Weigh the pros and cons for each of these priorities. How can you make exercise more central?
*The 10 minute squat. Go stand in front of a chair and squat, so that you lightly touch it (but don’t lean on it!), and repeat this exercise as often as you can in 2 minutes. Next, take 1 minute of rest, repeat this 3 times. That was your perfect 10 minute workout!
